Customade Group brought in Fluid's team-as-a-service to reactivate a stalled project. Together they got the Case Management Solution working in 6-9 months.
My initial thought was that Case Management was going to be a daunting experience, but working closely with Fluid made the process easier to handle.
The guidance and planning simplified the requirements that we all had to do and the daily teams meetings made me realise that we were all in this together and it has forged better communications between each division within the Group, especially as Atlas is so remote. We became a ‘Case Management Family’ so to speak.
It took lot of time and effort on all parties to get Case Management off the ground but without Fluid this would have been a more arduous process. You definitely gave me more confidence in my role.
